Hello and thank you for viewing my website and bio. My name is Michael Ghaly, and I was born in Cairo, Egypt. My journey brought me to the United States during my high school years, shaping my perspective and fueling my ambition to make a difference in the world around me. I earned my Bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of South Florida, followed by a law degree from Stetson University.
From 2005 to 2015

I worked as a senior casualty adjuster with some of the largest insurance companies in the United States, where I gained invaluable insights into the complexities of the industry, particularly in handling automobile accidents, wrongful death claims, and motorcycle accidents. However, it was during this time that I realized my true passion: becoming a lawyer who fights for those who feel unheard and powerless. This dream led me to law school, where I immersed myself in learning how to advocate effectively and compassionately.
After graduating law school in 2015

I joined one of Florida's largest personal injury law firms, specializing in the automobile accident, wrongful death cases, premises liability, trucking accident, and motorcycle accident. There, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that dedicated legal support can have on individuals and families during challenging times. During my years of experience, I learned one of the most important concepts in life, “never settle for LESS”. I was fighting the insurance company all the way till the last breath. Not every lawyer does that; however, I learned that every penny matters. At my old law firm, I was recognized for being the number one lawyer for 2022 and 2023. I have also handled more than 4000 automobile accidents, premises liability and wrongful death cases to date.

This experience reinforced my belief that everyone deserves a strong advocate, inspiring me to open my own law firm. In my practice, I prioritize building meaningful relationships with my clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their legal journey.

Outside of my professional life

I cherish the time I spend with my wife and two wonderful children. Family is my greatest joy, and I strive to instill in them the values of compassion and resilience.
